The public bath was a wonderful way to relax after a busy day.

The rooms seem a bit dated, and I couldn't connect my phone to the older TV.

the location of vista is perfect, just a short walk from the train station. i loved the spacious deluxe twin room with two sinks, which was super convenient. the public bath was really clean and comfortable! the staff were so friendly and eager to assist. overall, i found it an excellent place for a stay.

Loved the layout of the bathroom, having the sink and shower separate was really convenient after a long day. Enjoyed the public bath which was clean and not crowded at all, felt relaxing and refreshing to unwind there.

Only downside was that the safety deposit box was smaller than usual, but it wasn’t a big deal at all. 🌟

We had a fantastic time exploring the nearby shopping mall, which kept both kids and adults entertained all day. The spacious room was a bonus, and the separate bathroom setup meant we could get ready quickly. The staff even provided a cute amenities bag for our little one.

My wife says that the footpath can be a bit bumpy for strollers, making it tough with luggage. A smoother path would make a big difference for families.

During my stay, I enjoyed the spacious breakfast area where I had a chance to try fresh local dishes each morning. I appreciated the relaxing atmosphere while eating at a beautiful table made from a single piece of oak. Also, I was able to explore many attractions nearby, including places that reminded me of my love for road trips back home in Italy.

I noticed that the breakfast options were limited at times, and some items weren't restocked quickly enough. The setup of the bathroom facilities felt a bit odd with the sink located in the bedroom.

The place is super close to the station, making it easy to explore spots like the famous Sendai Castle and the lush Jozenji-dori Avenue. The staff was friendly, and we loved the spacious room and clean public bath. Definitely recommend checking out the onsen early as it fills up quick!

The pillows weren’t great. one was too soft and flat, while the other was quite hard.

The toilet being separate from the shower and sink in the bedroom felt a bit inconvenient. Breakfast left much to be desired, with limited options and slow restocking during busy times. Hard beds made for an uncomfortable night, reminiscent of thin futons rather than cozy mattresses. Additionally, the smoking room near the reception is off-putting, especially for non-smokers entering the building.
