We booked well-equipped and lovely modern room with a tub and could use wake-up service, available in it...
TBH, the room was very small, we expected better.

My stay was lovely for 2 nights in Sendai. The staff were excellent and made me feel comfortable. Central location near convenience store as well as Sendai JR train station and the big shopping S-pall mall, it was in a fairly quiet area. Also, a city museum was 25 minutes walk from the hotel.

Appreciated the place, had a GREAT stay for 2 nights in Sendai. The rooms were both new-fashioned, functional, complete with newly equipment, well decoration and sunrise view. The breakfast was wonderful with many options. The location was brilliant, just a pleasant stroll away from S-Pal Sendai. Everything was simply great.

The public bath was a wonderful way to relax after a busy day.
The rooms seem a bit dated, and I couldn't connect my phone to the older TV.

Perfect for solo adventures
Loved the layout of the bathroom, having the sink and shower separate was really convenient after a long day. Enjoyed the public bath which was clean and not crowded at all, felt relaxing and refreshing to unwind there.
It wasn't exactly a steal but still within reason.

I loved how spacious the Deluxe Twin Room was, with an awesome layout that had two sinks and separated shower and bathroom areas. The relaxing public bath was a highlight for unwinding after a long day, and I also enjoyed the availability of laundry facilities. Only downside was that the safety deposit box was smaller than usual, but it wasn’t a big deal at all. 🌟

The spacious room was a bonus, and the separate bathroom setup meant we could get ready quickly. The staff even provided a cute amenities bag for our little one.
My wife says that the footpath can be a bit bumpy for strollers. A smoother path would make a big difference for families.

I enjoyed the spacious breakfast area where I had a chance to try fresh local dishes each morning.
